Q. Can you deliver to my door…?
A. We currently do not operate a standard door to door delivery service. We are focusing on central collection points where a number of boxes/bags are delivered to and then customers can collect from there.
If there isn't a suitable collection point near you we are sometimes able to deliver directly, please just ask.
Q. Can I specify which vegetables I do not wish to receive…?
A. For boxes delivered to a central collection point we are unable to vary the contents of one box from another as we cannot guarantee that the right box will go to the right person, but we can accommodate small variations for the bags.
Q. Can I ask for extra vegetables…?
A. Yes, we can usually supply extra vegetables in your bag or supply an additional bag with your box.
Q. A bag/box every week is too much for my household, can I have one less frequently…?
A. Yes, we like our customers to set up a regular routine which suits their needs. A number of customers receive their box/bag fortnightly. In some cases we have customers receiving a box one week and a bag the next.
Q. I am going on holiday, can I skip my box/bag for a week/2 weeks…?
A. Yes, you can easily skip any number of scheduled boxes or bags. All you have to do is contact us by the Tuesday of the week that you are skipping. You can give us advance notice of any weeks coming up that you wish to skip and we will make the changes to your schedule.
Q. I would like to receive a regular order or one off order of Eggs/Flour/Honey with my box/bag do I have to order them every week…?
A. No, tell us which extras you would like to receive and how often. We will add this to your schedule. If you need to make any changes to your regular extras, just let us know.
