Our hens live in flocks of 100 birds - close to the natural flock size of their ancestors. They have spacious shelters and during the day they have free access to meadowland and woodland - their natural habitat. We believe that they are happy birds and produce the most delicious eggs.

Unbleached white, wholemeal, rye, wholegrain & unbleached white spelt - our range of organic flours are fresh and contain no preservatives. They are delicious for all types of traditional baking, including bread and pastries and are used by a number of artisan bakers in Suffolk. The crops are grown to Soil Association standards in our fields and stone ground in our own mill.
