How to visit
You are more than welcome to visit us on Fridays here in Kelsale, to meet the team and see what we do and how we do it.
As with every farm, some days are busier than others in the fields, and with milling, harvesting and preparing produce for distribution. It’s really helpful if you contact us at the farm office in advance so that we ensure that the appropriate member of the team is available to answer your questions, and so that you can arrange a guide to give you a tour during your visit.
As well as seeing our market garden first hand, you can meet our chickens and any other livestock on our organic fields.
During wet weather we strongly advise that visitors wear appropriate footwear.
Where to find us
Maple Farm Kelsale is only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Saxmundham and only a short detour off the A12 Ipswich to Lowestoft road. The end of the track leading to our main farm buildings is clearly signed from the road. Map and more.
Directly from the farm
We do not have a farm shop, but we are more than happy to supply individuals and businesses directly. You are welcome to pop in on Fridays. It is always a good idea to give our office team a call in advance though to ensure that the most appropriate member of the team is on hand to greet you.
As well as supplying our produce to a range of farm shops and local independent retailers, we supply our flour wholesale to a number of local artisan bakers, and our produce to local pubs and restaurants and work with caterers sourcing Suffolk produce for formal dinners.
We are passionate not only about our organic products, but about supporting other local producers and outlets. If you are a local retailer who might be interested in becoming a stockist for our products, do get in touch and we will be delighted to see if we can partner.
