Maple Farm will have a stand at the fair at Trinity Park which aims to provide 3,500 Suffolk children with an educational and interactive experience of food, farming and the environment. This is what we will be showing the children:
"Come and see how we turn the grain we grow on the farm into flour, and then make your own flour using our table top mill. We use the leftovers from the flour to feed our chickens and pigs.
We then sell our flour, eggs and meat locally in farm shops and to neighbours. We farm organically and will also show how we make our soil healthy using plants and farm waste."
